Pimiento Cristal
A Spanish variety from the same area Navarre where the Piquillo pepper comes from but this one is quite different. These rare pods are flavorful and delicious when roasted. They have been described as smokey velvety rich and decadently buttery. Unknown SHUs but they are very mild.
