Indigo Rose

An unusual blue tomato that ripens to red. Indigo Rose is the first high-anthocyanin tomato commercially available anywhere in the world. The high amount of anthocyanin (a naturally occurring pigment found in blueberries that has been shown to fight disease in humans) creates a vibrant indigo almost blue skin on the 2 inch round fruit. They start green then the portion getting sunlight turns blue and they ripen to bright red.
