Carolina Reaper

Formerly known as the HP22B. Created by Ed Currie in South Carolina, this one was announced on 11/14/13 as the World's hottest pepper.  A scorcher with great taste. The flavor is  fruity and sweet, with hints of cherry, cinnamon and chocolate undertones.
Size of Plant: 5 ft. tall and 4 ft. wide
Size of Fruit: 2" to 3" tall with stinger and 2" to 3" wide
Days to Maturity: 70 to 90 days.  SHU: 1.5 million.
